When you Arrive

When you arrive at Ford Farm Lodges, there is a site plan at the entrance to the site. Please not your lodge number and where it is located.

Induction Hob

The hob in the lodge is Induction. This is initially locked for safety reasons. In order to use the hob, please press and hold the key symbol for approx 10 seconds until the key disappears. Then press the On/Off button. The hob remains off until a pan is placed on the selected area/ring. This will cause the induction hob to heat the pan. When the pan is removed the hob turns off.

All towels are provided. This includes bath towels, hand towels and a bath mat. There is also a supply of hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

The heating will cut out at 22DegC. The radiators may be cold but the ambient temperature may be high enough for the thermostat not to activate the heating. If extra heat is required the log burner or electric fire is available.

Log Burner

If you are in a lodge with a log burner then please make sure that the vents are open when you light the fire to allow air to circulate. More logs are available for an additional charge – please contact Sharon.
