Lovely location First and foremost, please ignore my first review, I wish I could delete or edit it. Lovely location and quiet. Unfortunately the cabin was very dark, no tumble dryer, we needed this for a 2 week stay, no freezer, just an ice box at the top of a large fridge, cooker hob very difficult to use as it was extremely difficult to see the plus and minus signs for heat. Sharon kindly sent me a photo of the ice box with a mug inside, unfortunately the mugs are tiny and I didn't know how small they were. Very difficult staying for 2 weeks without a freezer. I have to prepare all my own food as I have IBS and there's a fair bit I can't tolerate. There are washing lines, which I found unusual but I had to ask for pegs. The bathroom definitely needed updating. What I can't fault is the bed, extremely comfortable, the cleanliness and Sharon, Sharon was very helpful. - 25/05/2024 

Not the best, we won't return The lodge we stayed in was clean on arrival and a very comfortable bed and the location beautiful, unfortunately these were the only good points. We stayed for 2 weeks but there was no tumble dryer, no freezer (I did check if there was a freezer and received a photo of the ice box at the top of the fridge. A mug was placed in it and I thought I'd be able to manage to work with it for a fortnight, I make all our own food so need a freezer, unfortunately when we got there we saw how tiny the mugs are. I struggled for the whole time we were there). A dryer was definitely needed, particularly staying for 2 weeks, and a freezer. There are washing lines but I had to ask for pegs, that's not something I would have packed. I also had to chip the ice off in the ice box, I'm glad I had a wooden spatula. I didn't really feel I was on holiday. The cabin definitely needed updating. The shower screen was falling apart, the bath mat had mould on it and the shower was very hard to control but just using the taps, it took a long time to get the right temperature. The cooker hob wasn't the easiest to use as it was extremely difficult to see the plus and minus signs as it was so dark, even with lights on. The mugs and side plates were way too small. Finally the cabin was very dark and we had to use the light most of the time. I'm afraid we won't be returning. - 24/05/2024 

Glorious As a weekend getaway, this was perfect! Beautiful lodges with every facility available and in immaculate condition. We were lucky enough to go at Xmas and it felt magical! The hot tub was glorious. I highly recommend Ford Farm Lodges for a relaxing break in a beautiful location. - 19/03/2024 

Appalling customer service I visited Ford Farm Lodges during February. Unfortunately the heating system would not switch off during our stay and despite my attempts to contact the manager I was advised an engineer would be unable to attend to fix the problem as it was ‘the weekend’. There was no attempt to move us to a different lodge or offer any other solutions. The lodge was uncomfortably warm which tarnished our stay. I emailed on the day of departure requesting a refund but this was declined with manager Sharon suggesting I had not escalated the problem enough. Thankfully after contacting hoseseasons I have been issued a refund but just to warn others - if you stay at Ford Farm over a weekend and have a problem - it’s likely to not be rectified. - 02/03/2024 

Berkeley Elite Spa This was visit number 5 and our 2nd stay in the Berkeley Elite Spa. We hadn't been for a few years but I have to say it was the best visit yet. The lodges have been noticeably up-graded. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was full of every gadget needed. They now use keysafes and so you can arrive without bothering or looking for any management. You must try the apple juice...it's divine! Looking forward to visit number 6! A gem of a place We loved this place and will return. Great location, spotless well equipped and v comfortable accommodation. Well tended and very pretty grounds. So so peaceful and quiet. Lovely apple juice. Good communication from Sharon. Good location for local walks and pubs - 05/11/2023 

Just returned from a short 3 night break, we arrived earlier than we expected, we were met by Sharon who gave us a lovely welcome. Normally check in is at 4pm but our lodge was ready so we were able to use straight away. We stayed in the Berkeley spa lodge (No 10), everything we needed and more than we expected.|Clean and very comfortable, (except the bed personally mattress too soft for my back ) however, as this was only a short break I did manage. A very quiet peaceful area.|Hot tub and Sauna amazing.|I only have one other issue, I wish I had known the back of the lodge was not secured for my dog. I have a very good but young dog, who liked to wonder and chase the rabbits.|I could not relax either myself or my husband had to watch him continuously. Other lodges we have visited had a secure decking area or garden. Unfortunately I did not see /read this when we booked.|for this reason only is why the reason I dropped the rate to 4.|Otherwise we had a lovely time, thank you. - 21/06/2024

We booked a stay in Kilcot, Newent with Vrbo who passed me to hoseasons. We booked a stay with a hotub. When we arrived there was no hottub. They advertise as the lodge come with hottub but that is to scam the money out of you and they can than tell you that the park has lodges with hottubs but your one doesn't have one. When I click on view my booking it says it has hottub. Absolutely waste of money they took 355 pounds and won't resolve or even take accountability for misleading information.I had to phone the host who was as annoyed as I was she told me that they have mislead people 5 times already - 14/04/2024 

Excellent location, stayed in the luxury lodge which had hot tube and sauna we was very spoilt. Lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed loved the apple juice.staff was helpful and friendly, definitely going back again soon.xx - 07/04/2024
